9/22 Great reunion / 60th birthday party!
We had a great turnout and a great time! Over 90 classmates were there Saturday night along with five teachers!
Dave Siktberg has to take a few days off now, but later this week from the shores of Pacific Palisades or of Oahu more things will be posted, including:
any more bios you send - I'll wait a few weeks to create a printable version - get yours in now!
the group photo - waiting for a digital copy from the photographer - you can then print your own
reunion photos you send (email me or send me a CD with large-sized files) - send everything you've got and we'll get it on the web
digital video copy of Bob Wade's home movie of the band, twirlers, Pirettes, cheerleaders, and football players on Thanksgiving day 1965 - this is awesome and the copy came out pretty good!

A group of us have set up a class celebration / reunion on the weekend of September 19-21, 2008 to help celebrate our 60th birthday year.
The main event is dinner the evening of Saturday September 20th in Glen Cove at The Metropolitan, a great venue owned and run by Billy and Anita Long.
We hope you will want to attend! Many people have already said they are coming. Out-of-towners should stay at the Glen Cove Mansion if possible - that will be the center of activities other than the Saturday dinner. See more details via the links at the bottom of the page.
Please spread the word about this event, and help us find more classmates to put into the contact list. We will use email to communicate with people, so be sure we have your email address and anyone else's you are in touch with! Check the name list to see those for whom we have no current information, as well as the geographic locations of classmates for which we DO have information.

Even if you can't attend, we'll be gathering brief bios for a book to distribute to everyone interested. We also plan to run a survey of some kind and publish the results. So help us get as many addresses as possible!
